1. Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and YTStudioflow ("we", "us"), the owner and operator of StudioFlow. You accept them by clicking "I agree" when first using StudioFlow, and again whenever a new version of these Terms is published. If you do not agree, do not use StudioFlow.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (the YouTube minimum). If you are under 18, you may use StudioFlow only with the consent of a parent or guardian. You must connect only YouTube channels you own or are authorized to manage.

3. The service

StudioFlow provides YouTube content-operations tooling: planning, analytics, research intelligence, predictions, and publishing. All analytics, predictions, and recommendations are evidence-based estimates — never a guarantee of performance. StudioFlow uses YouTube API Services; by using StudioFlow you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Your license to use StudioFlow

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use StudioFlow (including the Windows desktop application) for your own content operations, subject to these Terms.

5. What you may not do

Except with our prior written permission, you may not:

copy, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute StudioFlow, its installers, or any part of it;
rebrand, white-label, or pass off StudioFlow (or a modified version of it) as your own product;
reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
create derivative works of the software, its design, or its intelligence systems;
remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
scrape the service, abuse shared research quotas with automation, or circumvent fair-use limits;
use StudioFlow to violate YouTube's policies, manipulate metrics, or infringe anyone's rights.

6. Ownership

StudioFlow — its source code, design, brand, and intelligence systems — is the proprietary property of YTStudioflow, protected by copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957 and international treaties). All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You keep everything that is yours: your channels, videos, and content remain entirely your property.

7. Fair use and suspension

Shared research features operate under daily fair-use quotas. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse quotas, breach these Terms, or create risk for other users or the service. You may stop using StudioFlow and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

8. Paid plans

StudioFlow is currently free during early access. If paid plans are introduced, prices and terms will be announced clearly before anything is charged, and no feature you rely on will be removed without notice.

9. Disclaimers

StudioFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and YouTube data depends on Google services beyond our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of YouTube's policies or applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

13. General

If any clause of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. When these Terms change materially, the version number changes and you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing. Questions: preetamnegi7@gmail.com.
